Contest Rules
|
If you want to play with 960 KLAD am, you're going to have to play by the rules! Here they are:

General Contest Rules for KLAD:
1) Eligibility:
Unless otherwise provided for, contestants must be 18 years of age or
older to be eligible to win. Proper picture identification may be required to
identify winners. On prizes exceeding $500 in value, or as required, valid
Social Security Card must be presented. All contestants must follow any
rules of a specific nature on individual contests.
Only one winner per household per contest. In fairness to all contestants,
winners must wait 30 days to be eligible to win, or play, again. Winners
of $100, or more, may only win once per year.
Employees of New Northwest Broadcasters, LLC, or participating contest
sponsors, their relatives, significant others, or representatives (such as
agencies, etc.) are not eligible to win.
2) Prizes:
Prizes may not be substituted nor exchanged for cash value. Prizes must
be claimed within 15 days of winning, or in the case of more timely events,
such as concerts, etc., must be claimed no later than two (2) hours prior to
the event. All prizes will be available during normal business hours, (Monday
through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm) at our studios located at:
4509 South 6th St. #201
Unless other arrangements are made in advance of pick up. Prizes not
claimed are forfeited and may be awarded to someone new or to other
winners of subsequent contests. Any and all applicable taxes are the
responsibility of the recipient.
3) Judges:
Decisions of the judges are final. All contest results are final. Station
reserves right to disqualify any contestant or winner for any reason it deems
necessary. Contests may be withdrawn or suspended from play for any
reason at any time without notice or explanation of any kind.
4) Disclosure:
Contest rules are made available upon request and are announced
from time to time on air as the station/s deem necessary. These rules will
be posted at our studio locations at all times. Participating contest sponsors
will also be provided copies of these rules.
5) Information:
